Landlord Services
We have three different options available to our landlords depending on the level of service required.
Full Management
This service gives landlords complete peace of mind and a full service from beginning to end. The landlord need not have any contact with the tenants. We will advertise the property, find tenants who will be thoroughly referenced to ensure they are suitable and credit worthy. We will complete an inventory, whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. We will collect the monthly rent by standing order which will then be paid to the landlord and a monthly statement will be sent out. The property will be regularly inspected and any day to day management issues will be dealt with in-house by our team, who will instruct the relevant trades people to carry out maintenance required. Legal notices will be served on behalf of the landlord and at the end of the tenancy a check out will be completed, any issues resolved and the deposit dealt with accordingly.
Rent Collection
If you have the time and are willing to deal with the day to day issues that may arise you may choose this option. We will advertise the property, find tenants who will be thoroughly referenced to ensure they are suitable and credit worthy. We will complete an inventory, whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. We will collect the monthly rent by standing order which will then be paid to the landlord and a monthly statement will be sent out. We will also serve legal notices and complete a check out at the end of the tenancy including handling the deposit.
Tenant Introduction
This is a suitable option for landlords with experience of property letting and the law surrounding it. We will market the property, find suitable tenants and carry out the referencing. The landlord will then be responsible for all day to day issues, completing the inventory, serving notice and check out.
