Solent Sales and Lettings are based centrally in Southern Hampshire and cover a demographic area from The Hamble across to the West Sussex borders and northwards towards Petersfield.

We are an independent firm providing a traditional and comprehensive approach to selling and letting property, encompassing a first class service to buyers, vendors and landlords. Many of our clients are from recommendations and we have excellent relationships with professional bodies in these areas.

We have ARLA trained staff and work within the guidelines of their rules and regulations. We follow a strict code of practice in all aspects of our business, together with providing useful advice to both landlords and tenants. All funds are held in tenant deposit schemes, and protected under the tenant protection scheme.
